Refund Policy

Deposit

Before we start, you pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed price. The deposit makes sure we set aside time for your project.

If you cancel

• Before we have started: you get the full deposit back.
• After we have started: we keep the deposit, and you owe nothing more.

Cancellations are sent by email. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, the project is considered cancelled.

Right of withdrawal for private persons

If you are a private person and made the agreement at a distance, for example by email or through the website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement was made. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

• If you withdraw before we have started, you get everything you paid back within 14 days.
• If you asked us to start before the 14 days were over, you pay for the work done until you withdraw. You get the rest of the deposit back.
• The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully delivered after you asked us to start.

To withdraw, let us know by email before the deadline.

When you always get your money back

• We cannot finish the project because of illness or other reasons on our side.
• You were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same invoice.

Please contact us first if something is wrong with an invoice or payment, and we will sort it out quickly.
