Who is responsible

Fedorov Utvikling is a Norwegian sole proprietorship (org. no. 936 757 812) that designs and builds websites. We are the controller of the personal data collected on fedutvikler.com.

What data we collect

• Contact form: Name, email, company, website and your message.
• Project form: Name, email, company, phone, your answers about the project and the price estimate you put together.
• Statistics (only with consent): Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movements, and creates session recordings and heatmaps. What you type into form fields is hidden in the recordings.
• Technical information: When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type and the time.
• In your browser: The package, timeline and add-ons you choose on the price estimate page are saved only in your browser (localStorage), so your choices are not lost. We only receive them when you send the project form.

Why we use the data

• Answering enquiries and giving quotes: the basis is your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Delivering the project and invoicing: the basis is our agreement with you and the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Statistics and improving the website: the basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
• Operation and security: the basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who processes data for us

We never sell your data. These providers process data on our behalf:

• Formspree (USA): receives the forms and emails them to us.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft, USA): statistics and recordings, only if you have accepted statistics cookies.
• Cookiebot (Usercentrics, Denmark): shows the consent banner and stores your choice.
• Netlify (USA): hosts the website.
• Font Awesome (Fonticons, USA): provides the icons on the site, so your browser loads them from their server.

When data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not become a project: deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
• Client relationships and invoices: kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.
• Statistics from Clarity: Microsoft deletes recordings after 30 days and other statistics after 13 months.
• Your cookie choice: kept for 12 months. After that, we ask you again.

Cookies

• Necessary: Cookiebot stores your choice in the CookieConsent cookie.
• Statistics: Microsoft Clarity sets cookies (for example _clck and _clsk) only if you accept statistics.

We use no advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button at the end of this policy.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to see how the website appears in Google search. The tool does not collect data about you when you visit our website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, you have the right to:

• Access: know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Rectification: have mistakes corrected.
• Erasure: have your data deleted.
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Data portability: get the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting processing before you withdrew it.
• Complaint: complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no) if you think we handle your data wrongly.
