Terms and Conditions

1. About us

Fedorov Utvikling is a Norwegian sole proprietorship (org. no. 936 757 812) that designs and builds websites for businesses and private persons.

2. Price and quote

• The prices on the website are indicative "from" prices.
• The price estimate you put together on the website is valid for 30 days and is not binding for either party.
• The final price, deliverables and timeline are set out in a written quote. The agreement is made when you have accepted the quote in writing and the deposit is paid.
• The company is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices.

3. Payment

• 50% of the agreed price is invoiced as a deposit before we start.
• The rest is invoiced when the project is delivered, with 14 days to pay.
• If payment is late, we may charge interest under the Norwegian Late Payment Interest Act.

4. Cooperation and feedback

• You provide the content (text, images, logo) and feedback within the deadlines we agree on. The delivery time starts when we have received all content.
• Three rounds of changes are included. Further changes are invoiced at our hourly rate.
• If we do not get the feedback we need within the agreed deadline, we may pause the project. We then agree on a new timeline.
• If the project is delayed for reasons that are not ours, extra work may be invoiced at our hourly rate.
• If we do not hear from you for 30 days, the project is considered cancelled.

5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

What applies if you cancel, and the right of withdrawal for private persons, is described in the refund policy.

6. Ownership

• When the final invoice is paid, you own the finished website and the design we delivered.
• Drafts and concepts you did not choose belong to Fedorov Utvikling.
• Third-party tools, fonts and images are used under their own licences.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in a project is treated as confidential. We do not share it with others without your permission.

8. Unforeseen events

• If we cannot finish the project because of illness or other reasons on our side, you get back the full amount you have paid.
• If you fall ill or face other unforeseen problems, the project can be paused for up to 6 months. Let us know before then if you want to continue, otherwise the project ends.

9. When we may end a project

We may end a project if the cooperation does not work, for example because of disrespectful behaviour, or if the scope changes so much that the project no longer suits us. You then pay for the work done up to that point.

10. Liability

We carry out the work professionally. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue, or for third-party services, such as domains and hosting. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the project. Private persons always keep their rights under consumer law.

11. Content on the website

Text, images and design on fedutvikler.com belong to Fedorov Utvikling and may not be copied without permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We always try to resolve disagreements amicably. If that fails, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue. Private persons can also get help from the Norwegian Consumer Council and take the case to the Consumer Complaints Committee.
